Role Description
RoleDescription
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive efficient and accessible user experiences for a modern enterprise platform that spans program workflows patient journeys and transaction management. The role involves end-to-end UX designfrom user research and journey mapping to wireframes prototypes and usability testingalong with designing data-rich dashboards and analytical interfaces.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze user personas across program managers patients operations teams and support staff.
- Develop end-to-end user journey maps for program onboarding patient engagement and transaction workflows.
- Identify pain points friction areas and opportunities for design improvements.
- Create wireframes low/high-fidelity prototypes and interactive flows for new features and enhancements.
- Define interaction patterns navigation flows micro-interactions and responsive behaviors.
- Ensure consistency across modules by following or shaping a unified design system.
- Design complex dashboards with KPIs insights drill-downs filters and actionable visualizations.
- Work closely with data teams to present information in a clear intuitive and accessible manner.
- Create clean efficient layouts for operational compliance and leadership reporting.
- Conduct usability tests A/B tests and feedback sessions with end users.
- Translate feedback into actionable UX improvements and refined prototypes.
- Validate workflows for clarity efficiency and user delight.
- Work closely with product managers to clarify requirements and define user stories.
- Partner with frontend developers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation readiness.
- Maintain documentation UX specs style guidelines and interaction notes.
Technical Skills
Skills requirements
- 7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for web or enterprise applications.
- Strong skills in journey mapping workflow analysis and persona creation.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD).
- Experience designing data-heavy dashboards reporting screens and analytical UI.
- Understanding usability heuristics responsive design and accessibility standards.
Ability to convert complex requirements into simple intuitive user experiences
Nice-to-have skills
Preferred skills
- Experience designing in healthcare Life Sciences or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with component libraries design systems and design tokens.
- Experience collaborating with Agile teams and participating in sprint ceremonies.
