Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via calls walk-ins and online channels.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored interior solutions.
- Prepare and present initial layout designs and mood boards during sales meetings.
- Conduct client meetings at the studio or project site to build trust and explain solutions.
- Maintain a follow-up tracker and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to studio revenue.
- Lead design development and space planning for interior projects.
- Select materials finishes furnishings and fixtures aligned with design goals.
- Prepare detailed drawings plans and layouts using industry-standard software such as SketchUp and a render software (e.g. V-Ray Lumion Corona 3Ds Max or similar).
- Technical understanding of (Material knowledge Execution and Drawing Preparation)
- Maintain accurate project documentation including records of design changes approvals and progress reports.
- Visit the sites for customer meetings/site updates etc
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong project management skills experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Holds a high degree of willingness to learn and performance driven.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 1-3 years of experience in Interior Design with customer-facing sales exposure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in handling client presentations and price negotiations.
- Basic knowledge of modular and on-site furniture materials and finishes.
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD SketchUp or similar is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Kannada or Hindi is an added advantage.
