Description- Elicit analyze and document the business requirement from business stakeholders for digitalization project & system enhancement.
- Host requirement meeting or workshop with stakeholders. Map and analyze current state (As-is) business processes and design future state (To-be) to optimize the solution design and operation process.
- Translate Business requirements into detailed Business Requirement Document (BRDs) Functional Specifications User Stories and Process Flows.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to ensure the testing and quality assurance.
- Manage the UAT including host of UAT meeting UAT progress reporting and defect management.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status risks and issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides and training material to support successful implementation and user adoption.
Qualifications- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance industry (Preferably in Operations or Transformation function)
- Demonstrable experience on projects related to product development agency management distribution systems CRM platform or digital transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management and documentation tools (e.g. Jira Confluence)
- A detail oriented and highly organized approach to managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive result drive mindset with a passion for innovation in the insurance industry.
- Experience in life insurance product design and development is a plus
