Job Summary

We are looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join a friendly and professional team based in Bexhill. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office environment.

What Youll Do
As a Receptionist / Administrator you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the front-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and forwarding incoming calls
Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner
Setting up and managing meeting facilities
Booking meeting rooms
Carrying out administrative tasks such as typing letters scanning responding to emails and managing the post
Providing general support to colleagues and assisting other members of the team as required

We are seeking a confident and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a professional attitude. You will be someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
