Responsibilities:
Design implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (e.g. ERP marketing automation and customer support systems).
Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support including troubleshooting issue resolution and system enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Monitor system performance proactively identify issues and recommend improvements.
Manage data imports exports and cleansing to maintain data integrity.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations processes and user guides.
Assist in testing and deploying new Salesforce features updates and integrations.
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system use and adoption.
Communicate with internal teams to align Salesforce operations with business needs.
Requisitos
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
35 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce including integrations and support.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture APIs and data models.
Experience with integration tools such as Zapier MuleSoft Workato or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration (user setup profiles roles workflows reports dashboards).
Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator Platform App Builder Integration Architecture Designer) are a plus.
Required Skills:
Salesforce (administración configuración y soporte): Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) y modelo de datos: Plataformas de integración (Zapier MuleSoft Workato u otras similares): Automatización de flujos y procesos (Flow Builder Process Builder Workflow Rules): Herramientas de gestión y migración de datos (Data Loader Data Import Wizard): Generación de reportes y dashboards en Salesforce: Administración de usuarios roles perfiles y permisos: Herramientas de soporte y ticketing relacionadas (Service Cloud u otras): Conocimientos básicos en SQL o consultas SOQL/SOSL: Lenguajes de scripting o automatización (JavaScript Python o similar) deseable: Herramientas de documentación y colaboración (Confluence Jira Slack):
