The Opportunity

Monash Connect provides the first point of contact for staff current and future student enquiries. We are currently undergoing a transformational period of change with the objective of providing an industry-leading student service experience.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to play a key role in the delivery of service excellence including day-to-day supervision leadership coaching training and guidance. Dedicated to delivering high-quality customer-focused front-line administrative services your primary focus will be to manage the team and ensure that staff are highly engages motivated and trained on the necessary systems and processes to perform their roles effectively. As the team leader you will also be required to participate in projects to introduce innovation and digital transformation.

What you will bring to the role:

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience supervising a successful customer service function with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a contact centre environment. Your previous leadership experience will demonstrate your ability to develop and motivate staff manage performance and plan resources to meet work objectives. You will have the ability to identify and implement continuous improvements to existing practices as well as good planning analytical and organisation skills to prioritise queries and offer the most relevant advice. Experience with Salesforce telephony systems and performance reporting is highly desirable.
