We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral support for students in Okanogan WA. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and indirect support to students to address behavioral social and emotional needs
- Train supervise and support behavioral staff teachers and paraprofessionals in the implementation of ABA strategies
- Collect monitor and analyze data to assess progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with IEP teams administrators and families to ensure student success in both academic and functional areas
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state/federal guidelines for special education services
Requirements
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Education Psychology or related field
- Current certification as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State licensure (if required)
- Minimum of 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
