Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Part-Time Hybrid

Job Description
The BCBA or LBA is responsible for providing ethical high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including assessment treatment planning clinical oversight and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This part-time hybrid role allows for a balance of remote clinical work and in-person services when clinically appropriate.
Applicants who are recently certified or newly licensed are welcome to apply.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Core Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct behavior assessments (e.g. functional behavior assessment components skill assessments)
Develop implement and update individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Review and analyze client data to guide clinical decision-making
Monitor treatment effectiveness and ensure clinical quality
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams as appropriate
Virtual / Remote Responsibilities (Hybrid-Appropriate Tasks)
The following responsibilities are commonly performed via telehealth or remote platforms when clinically appropriate:
Reviewing analyzing and interpreting client data
Writing and updating treatment plans and clinical documentation
Conducting caregiver training and parent consultation via telehealth
Providing remote supervision and feedback to RBTs including live or recorded observations when appropriate
Participating in team meetings case reviews and clinical consultations
Completing progress notes reports and required documentation
Communicating with caregivers and staff via secure electronic or phone platforms
In-Person Responsibilities (Typically Required On-Site)
The following duties are generally completed in person to support clinical integrity and client outcomes:
Initial assessments and direct client observations
Periodic in-person supervision of RBTs to assess procedural fidelity
Direct observation of client behavior in natural environments (home school or clinic as applicable)
Modeling intervention strategies for RBTs and caregivers
Addressing complex high-acuity or safety-related behaviors requiring on-site clinical judgment
RBT Supervision Responsibilities
Supervision of RBTs is a standard and expected responsibility of BCBA and LBA roles.
Supervision duties include:
Providing ongoing supervision to RBTs on assigned caseloads
Monitoring treatment implementation and data collection accuracy
Delivering performance feedback coaching and skill development
Supporting ethical professional and client-centered service delivery
Supervision may be provided through a combination of virtual and in-person formats depending on clinical needs and service setting.

Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or a related field
Ability to develop and oversee ABA treatment programs
Strong clinical judgment data analysis and communication skills
Experience Level
