Job Summary

This is a remote position.

The Information Clerk serves as a central point of contact providing information to clients employees and visitors. This position maintains updated company data answers inquiries and assists with administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails or in-person inquiries.

  • Provide information about company services policies and procedures.

  • Maintain records of inquiries correspondence and requests.

  • Assist in preparing reports and updating contact databases.

  • Direct inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications:
