Your future duties and responsibilities:

Main location: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Palantir Lead to spearhead the design development and deployment of solutions using Palantir platforms (Foundry/Gotham/Apollo). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities to guide teams interact with stakeholders and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead end-to-end implementation of Palantir solutions from requirements gathering to deployment.
. Design and implement data pipelines transformations and models in Palantir
. Build custom workflows ontologies and operational applications on the Palantir platform.
. Architect data integration transformation pipelines and analytical models using Palantir Foundry/Gotham.
. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into scalable Palantir solutions.
. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams ensuring best practices in coding deployment and documentation.
. Oversee data governance security and compliance within the Palantir ecosystem.
. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (data engineering analytics business intelligence cloud DevOps).
. Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance for Palantir applications.
. Stay updated with Palantir product advancements and recommend adoption of new features.
. 5 years of experience in data engineering/analytics with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Palantir
. Prior experience leading teams and managing client/business stakeholder relationships.
. Strong problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
