Technical Lead (React / .NET / Azure) $800-$1100Super

Were seeking a highly capable Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of modern cloud-based software solutions for the mining sector. This is a hands-on leadership roleideal for a senior engineer who still loves to code while mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery across front-end (React) and back-end (.NET) systems hosted in Azure.
Architect scalable secure and high-performance cloud solutions.
Collaborate closely with product owners designers and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Champion best practices in CI/CD testing and DevOps automation.
Provide technical guidance mentoring and code reviews within a small agile team.

Skills & Experience

Strong commercial experience with React (TypeScript) and .NET Core/C#.
Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure (App Services Functions DevOps Identity etc.).
Solid understanding of software architecture microservices and API design.
Experience in leading or mentoring engineers within agile teams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
