Job Description:

6-10 years of experience. Subject Matter Expert of a specific (often specialized) application technology with demonstrative ability to convey both technical and functional concepts.

Complete Description:

Major Duties: Develops computational algorithms and statistical methods to find patterns and relationships in multiple database sources.

Identifies and utilizes predictive modeling and machine learning techniques to improve operational processes and agencys overall data quality.

Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques.

Interpret data trends and present material using compelling data visualizations.

Works with senior officials throughout the organization to identify opportunities for business solutions. Solves complex business process and information requirement problems via a combination of analytic judgment process improvement techniques and proven analytic practices.

Coordinates with different business units within to implement tools to monitor and analyze performance outcomes.

Skills:

Convey technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty. 6 Years Required

Prepare complex technical documentation. 6 Years Required

Hands-on mgmt. of MS SQL Server 2008 or higher Oracle or IBM DB2 involving implementation of schemas indexes and query optimization. 6 Years Required

Able to coordinates with different business units within agency to implement tools to monitor and analyze performance outcomes. 8 Years Required
