COORDINATOR DIGITAL STRATEGY TKO
The Social Media Coordinator works closely with the Social Media Manager to support overall strategy assist with daily operations and help manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize content distribution and engagement while ensuring consistency across all platforms. This role contributes to executing content strategy informed by performance metrics and identifies creative opportunities to promote live events athletes Superstars executives and the TKO brand.
This role is based in Stamford CT. Hybrid (3) days in office.
Essential Functions:
Create engaging content and storytelling around UFC WWE and PBR events athletes and Superstars driving tune-in around live events programming and products across multiple social media platforms.
Support partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging across all TKO platforms.
Implements current platform-specific engagement strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends to bring innovative and strategic ideas to social media campaigns
Work on-location during event weeks and weekends to deliver behind-the-scenes coverage of athletes and Superstars building momentum across all social channels leading up to event nights.
Produce short-form video content for digital social and editorial distribution.
Assist in managing TKO social channels including day-to-day publishing engagement and community management.
Stay informed about industry trends to bring innovative and strategic ideas to social media campaigns
Performs the role with an always on approach to digital and social media constantly monitoring and engaging current trends influencers in the region website athletes celebrities and trends.
Assist with influencer program execution and influencer relationship management.
Performs other tasks projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Intermediate-level familiarity with major social media platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Adobe Photoshop video editing software and photography with the ability to learn new tools and programs quickly.
Proficiency in capturing and creating high-quality content directly from smartphones including experience with mobile video editing apps such as CapCut.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a multi-task fast-paced environment.
Curiosity and adaptability to research test and adopt emerging platforms and technology updates.
Flexibility to work long hours weekends travel and be on-call as needed.
Ability to adopt a brand voice that resonates with the TKO audience tailoring tone and style to different platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of TikTok Instagram and LinkedIn
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidential information.
Knowledge of mixed martial arts wrestling and bull riding is a plus.
Experience with influencer marketing/management is a plus.
Ability to pitch and develop original timely and innovative content ideas.
