What Youll Do

• Lead mentor and inspire a team of intake specialists to deliver exceptional service
• Oversee new client inquiries across multiple channels ensuring timely and accurate handling
• Develop and refine intake workflows staffing plans and department protocols
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement strategies
• Track KPIs analyze results and report on department performance
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure seamless client transitions
• Promote a culture grounded in communication empathy and accountability

What You Bring

• Leadership experience in personal injury intake or legal operations
• A proven ability to coach and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong organizational and process-development skills
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Filevine Litify or Needles
• A people-first approach and genuine empathy for clients navigating difficult times
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
• Must work 100% on-site in Woodland Hills CA
