Job Summary

Description
  • Assist the training department with day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings preparing documents and handling correspondence.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions workshops and seminars by assisting with venue booking material preparation and participant communication.
  • Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) including data entry user support and basic troubleshooting.
  • Assist in preparing and compiling analysis reports such as IIQE results to support training effectiveness and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking Continuing Professional Development (CPD) completion progress providing timely updates and assisting with compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities attendance and feedback and assist in preparing regular reports for management review.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors as needed to support training-related activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the training function.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 12 years of relevant administrative experience preferably in a training or HR environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint) and comfortable with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
  • Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills are an advantage
  • Experience in preparing reports and maintaining records is preferred
  • Familiarity with CPD and IIQE processes is a plus
