About the Role
Sustainability Engineering Group (SEG) is seeking an experienced Practice Leader / Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead our growing Land Development practice. This role combines technical expertise client management and business leadership. Youll oversee complex land development projects mentor engineering teams and play a key role in business development and practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelors degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program. Advanced degree (Masters or MBA) is highly desirable.
Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development projects.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams.
Exceptional technical expertise in civil engineering principles design practices construction methods and local regulations.
Strong client relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to understand and fulfill client needs.
Experience in business development including proposal preparation client presentations and successful project acquisition.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business development financial management and strategic planning.
