What Youll Do
.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the GM and AGM to align on goals priorities and performance updates.
Lead and motivate team members across multiple departments with clarity and energy.
Conduct and oversee pre-shift meetings and staff orientations.
Support scheduling training and mentorship for new hires.
Foster a positive team-oriented culture that lives our mission to Create Memorable Experiences Every Guest Every Visit.
Monitor department performance address issues quickly and celebrate wins.
Ensure a clean safe and organized environment at all times.
Collaborate with the Amusement Manager on arcade and attraction operations.
Support promotions leagues and special events.
Oversee guest service touchpoints both in-person and over the phone delivering friendly accurate information.
Confidently operate the POS system for transactions reports and guest support.
Respond promptly to guest needs rule violations or safety concerns using strong judgment and professionalism.
Assist with inventory supply management and equipment maintenance.
Promote Spare Times features and upcoming events to keep guests engaged.
Enforce safety standards complete incident reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead by example in professionalism communication and service.
What Youll Bring
High school diploma required; bachelors degree preferred.
4 years of guest service experience and 24 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership organization and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with technology systems.
A positive attitude steady energy and a knack for building team morale.
Work Environment
Fast-paced fun-filled setting with large crowds children and exciting lighting effects (lasers strobes etc.).
Expect plenty of movement: standing and walking for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Regular evening weekend and holiday shifts are part of the experience.
