The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor to operations and support leaders within the BPO organization. The role focuses on aligning people strategies with business goals to drive performance engagement and retention. The HRBP leverages analytics and HR insights through tools such as Excel Power BI and macros to support data-driven decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
This role requires a proactive analytical and people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance operational demands with strategic HR initiatives.
Partner with operations and support leaders to identify workforce needs and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.
Lead initiatives on employee engagement performance management and talent retention tailored to the BPO environment.
Analyze HR and operational data using Power BI dashboards Excel reports and macros to identify trends in attrition performance and employee satisfaction.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce stability and optimize manpower planning.
Collaborate with Recruitment L&D and Total Rewards teams to ensure effective talent management and employee development strategies.
Serve as a key advisor in handling employee relations issues disciplinary actions and conflict resolution while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Conduct skip-level meetings focus group discussions and pulse surveys to assess employee morale and engagement.
Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning within assigned accounts.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes reporting and automation initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and presentations for leadership review and client meetings as needed.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources preferably as an HR Business Partner in the BPO or shared services industry.
Strong understanding of BPO operations performance metrics and workforce dynamics.
Highly proficient in Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables and macros) and Power BI for analytics and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive HR strategies and decisions.
Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Flexible collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
Experience handling multiple accounts or lines of business is an advantage.
