About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Business Analyst to joinan international Finance Projects &Implementation team responsible for rolling out a harmonizedfinancial operating model across multiple entities. The role focuses on financial system integrationproject coordination andfunctional analysisrelated to financial reporting accounting liquidity and credit risk streams.
Youll work closely with a multicultural teamof project managers and analysts ensuring that system implementations andprocess changes align with finance transformation goals.
This position requires both functional expertise and project management capabilitiesespecially in financial interfacesand accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination
Collaborate daily with project managersthroughout all project phases.
Ensure compliance with internal project management methodologiesand timelines.
Contribute to budget control and assistin defining workaround solutions when necessary.
Produce and maintain project status reportsparticipating in steering committees.
Monitor milestones and actions under yourresponsibility to ensure successful project delivery.
Functional Analysis &Implementation
Define operationaland accounting schemes control frameworks and data flow structures tofeed finance systems.
Prepare functionalspecifications and collaborate with IT and Finance Engineeringteams on system parametrization.
Coordinate deliverables and align multiplestakeholders to meet deadlines.
Support chartof accounts evolution when needed for new solutions.
Contribute to the testing strategyexecuting accounting and reporting test phases and ensuring quality standards.
Provide post-go-livesupport to reporting users and ensure smooth transition tomaintenance phase.
Support & Maintenance of Accounting Interfaces
Manage change requests and improvements tofinancial interfaces.
Prioritize incoming requests according tocriticality and project timelines.
Technical Skills must appear on your CV
Experiencein project management (coordination documentation reporting).
Solid knowledge of Accounting (general orbanking) or Finance principles.
Understanding of banking products capital markets or financial systems.
Experience with data flows financial reporting or system interfaces.
Strong command of Microsoft Excel(advanced).
Your CV should include clear examples ofproject involvement accounting systems used and financial data managementactivities.
