As Executive Manager Policy Operations youll lead a dynamic team delivering seamless high-quality support across Consumer Commercial and Personal Injury portfolios. Youll drive strategic improvements to our end-to-end operating model champion customer experience and collaborate across business units to deliver value.

What Youll Do

Lead the Policy Operations function to deliver efficient effective and high-quality support across insurance portfolios
Drive continuous improvement in operating models including automation and process harmonisation
Collaborate with strategic and business leaders to evolve service delivery and customer experience
Provide leadership across onshore and offshore teams fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
Govern the business design of the policy workflow system and ensure alignment across divisions
Develop a high-performing team through coaching mentoring and structured development plans

What Youll Bring

Proven leadership experience managing large diverse teams in complex operational environments
Strong track record in delivering strategic operations solutions on time and within budget
Ability to define vision and purpose for functional teams and lead change initiatives
Experience in partnered operations environments and process optimisation
