Join one of New Englands largest Toyota dealerships!Were a fast-paced family-owned operation seeking anexperienced Automotive Service Managerto lead a team of 42 professionals and manage a high-volume department averaging120 repair orders per day.
Were looking for a strong leader with proven success inautomotive service operationscustomer satisfaction andteam development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment understands dealership financials and brings positive high-energy leadership to the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead all service operations including hiring training and motivating staff.
- Oversee workflow and ensure timely completion of internal warranty and customer-pay repairs.
- Manage departmental budget productivity reports and payroll accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with Toyota warranty policies and dealership procedures.
- Ensure tools equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years ofautomotive service managementexperience (Toyota or import brand preferred).
- Strong knowledge ofwarranty customer pay and internal repair processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- ValidDrivers Licenserequired.
