Contracts Administrator

Join Intralot as Contracts Administrator

Your Role:

• Draft review and finalize various commercial and non-commercial Contracts NDAs MOUs both for Direct and Indirect Procurement

• Serve as contact between internal and external stakeholders seeking contract review and revision copies questions and status updates

• Negotiate terms regarding warranty SLAs & penalties

• Ensure Contract closeout extension or renewal activities

• Update and maintain the contract management system in a timely manner for internal communication tracking and reporting purposes

Your Qualifications:

• You hold a University degree in a relevant area of study like Finance Economics Business Administration.

• Previous professional experience of 1 - 3 years related to Contracts/ Procurement/ Supply Chain management

• Knowledge of procurement contracts and negotiations with suppliers

• Strong organization and PC skills critical thinking curiosity and problem-solving skills

• Excellent command of the Greek & English language both written and spoken

• Completed military obligations for male candidates.
