As an HR Administrator (Fixed Term) you will be responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals and acting as an advocate for employees.
Responsibilities:
Handle time tracking process (attendance absences etc.) and related reports must be submitted to Ergani
Help with drafting and distributing HR announcements and updates
Participate in special HR projects such as policy reviews or diversity initiatives
Assist in HR data management and reporting systems
Participate in employee engagement initiatives
Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters and contracts
Maintain and update employee records
Learn how to properly prepare the onboarding of new employees.
Qualifications and skills:
Studying Business Administration or similar field
Very good command of English - verbal and written
Computer Literacy
Digital literacy and tech savviness
Critical thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
Organizational skills and problem solving capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
