Job Summary
As a Senior Design Engineer youll shape the future of our products. From first sketch to flawless production. Youll turn complex challenges into elegant solutions that installers manufacturers and end users rely on every day.
What youll do
- Design and improve (electro)mechanical and electronic products across our ranges from Fence & Gate Hardware to Gate Automation and Access Control
- Turn ideas into tangible innovations: concepting CAD design prototyping testing and fine-tuning.
- Work closely with Product Management and Production to ensure smart manufacturable designs (DFM DFA).
- Collaborate with fellow engineers sharing insights challenging ideas and lifting each others work.
- Coach younger designers and strengthen our R&D culture of curiosity precision and collaboration.
Qualifications :
- You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) and have about 10 years experience in product design.
- Youre technically sharp strong in mechanical and electromechanical design with solid 3D insight.
- You combine creativity with structure: analytical efficient and eager to improve every detail.
- Youre a true team player with a builders mindset: you share ideas openly and take pride in seeing others grow.
- Youre fluent in English and comfortable working in an international innovation-driven environment.
