SCHEDULE: Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday business hours with rotating manager-on-duty weekend rotation *This position requires a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. The Director of Community Relations develops meaningful relationships with residents families and community partners plans and conducts presentations showcasing our services and innovative programs ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales director who will position themselves and Brookmeadow at Cobb Corner as a leader in the Assisted Living industry educating the greater community on the aging process and enabling families to find a supportive home environment that focuses on Resident Quality of Life. REQUIREMENTS: - Teamwork: Promote a positive team spirit and a culture of cooperation openness enthusiasm customer service and an atmosphere conducive to growth.
