Job Description:
Seeking a Principal SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Consultant. As a subject matter expert you will be responsible for delivering high-impact solutions in the area of international trade compliance and customs management using SAP GTS. You will be actively involved in solution design configuration integration and deployment ensuring alignment with global trade regulations and client business needs.
Responsibilities:
Act as the lead SME for SAP GTS solutions guiding the full project lifecycle including requirement analysis solution design configuration and deployment.
Design and implement SAP GTS Compliance Management modules including:
Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening
Embargo Checks
Legal Control
Deliver SAP GTS Customs Management functionality:
Export/Import Declarations
Special Customs Procedures (AES ATLAS)
FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) IPR (Inward Processing Relief) OPR (Outward Processing Relief) Customs Warehouse
Implement SAP GTS Preference Management including:
Preference Determination
Free Trade Agreements (FTA)
Long-Term Vendor Declarations (LTVDs CLTVDs)
Regional Value Content (RVC) Calculation
Manage HS/Product Classification activities and integration with ERP systems (S/4 HANA or ECC).
Utilize and integrate middleware tools such as Seeburger CPI and EDI for trade document processing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead client workshops training and solution presentations.
Contribute to proposal development internal capability building and pre-sales activities.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on SAP GTS.
Preferred Qualifications:
10 years of experience with SAP GTS including hands-on configuration and business process consulting.
Strong experience with SAP GTS E4H S/4 HANA or ECC integration.
In-depth knowledge of global trade compliance processes and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in working with middleware tools (Seeburger CPI EDI).
Proven experience with end-to-end GTS implementations and upgrades.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
