Description- Manage landlord and property relationships for all 3 company sites (Office Learning Center Warehouse) including lease coordination site maintenance and issue resolution.
- Support property administration tasks and capital/maintenance projects; liaise with Ford Land and other internal stakeholders for site planning and improvements.
- Ensure document management and retention in accordance with Ford policies and regulatory requirements
Process purchase orders and payments for utilities facility services maid/messenger/driver expenses landlord invoices and other operational costs. - Administer employee parking (cards allocation) and manage company pool car bookings and usage.
- Serve as primary contact for messenger maid/cleaning driver and mail/courier services coordinate service requests and monitor vendor performance.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory manage procurement requests stock replenishment and related vendor sourcing.
Manage access control and issuance of employee access cards maintain accurate access records. - Support Safety & Health activities for the sites coordinate safety inspections.
- Develop maintain and test emergency preparedness and business continuity (BCP) plans; lead or support emergency responses and drills.
- Manage employees annual medical checkup.
- Provide general administrative support and adhoc assignments as required to ensure seamless facility operations.

Qualifications- Bachelors degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in facilities general affairs property or vendor/landlord management.
- Experience with procurement PO creation and invoice/payment processing.
- Familiarity with Safety & Health (HSE) practices and emergency/BCP planning.
- Strong organizational communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with procurement/ERP systems advantageous.
- Thai and English proficiency (spoken and written).
