The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity. This role requires a proactive professional who can collaborate across departments gather essential data and provide insightful financial reporting and analysis to support strategic business decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop update and maintain financial reports including P&L statements budgets cost analysis CAPEX reports FCF tracking and savings analysis
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by corporate and business stakeholders
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level to automate reports analyze data and create dynamic financial models
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather necessary financial data ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Ensure financial reports align with US GAAP and IFRS standards
- Monitor and assess business performance metrics providing recommendations based on financial insights
- Assist in the monthly quarterly and annual financial planning and forecasting processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A accounting or financial reporting roles
- Strong knowledge of P&L statements cost structures budgeting and financial analysis
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including advanced formulas pivot tables macros and data visualization
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is preferred
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles
