Youll be the go-to for payroll support and advice making sure everything is accurate on time and delivered with a customer focused mindset. c. Deliver a seamless end-to-end payroll service that keeps everything running smoothly and on time
Provide trusted payroll advice to the business helping them navigate queries with confidence
Collaborate with a supportive HRIS and Payroll team to deliver accurate data reports and insights that make a real difference
Play a key role in improving payroll services and processes including testing new releases and finding smarter ways of working

Sharp attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
Confidence in picking up new technology quickly we have just started our journey using Workday and Datapay as our HR and payroll systems
A customer focused mindset and great communication skills
A proactive can-do attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and solve problems
Sound knowledge understanding and application of NZ legislation such as the Holidays Act Wages Protection Act and Employment Relations Act would be ideal
