The Role
Were seeking an experienced Asset & Maintenance Coordinator to strategically manage our housing assets across the South East this pivotal role you will oversee the delivery of internal maintenance services as well as planned responsive and vacated maintenance programs to ensure our housing portfolio remains sustainable compliant and performing at its best.
As a senior member of our operations team you will contribute to the development and implementation of asset management plans and business strategies aligned with our organisations vision. Youll provide expert technical and operational advice support new ventures drive efficiency in internal maintenance reforms and ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and safety requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys strategic and hands-on challenges and wants to make a meaningful impact on the quality and sustainability of community housing.
About You
You are a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong background in asset management property maintenance or a related field. With at least three years experience in a senior asset management role you bring a sound understanding of procurement property management and maintenance services within a residential or community housing context.
You will also have:
Youre known for your integrity professionalism and collaborative approach. You lead by example deliver outcomes through strategic thinking and maintain a strong focus on client and community outcomes.
Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
