The IT Site Support Lead manages on-site IT operations delivering advanced technical support to Danaher Corporate users both remotely and in person. The role involves resolving complex issues maintaining hardware and software across various platforms and ensuring that IT AV and conferencing systems operate smoothly. The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned service delivery process improvement and executive-level support requiring strong technical and leadership skills. Lastly this role will be required to be onsite located at our Boston office.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Oversee IT support project delivery and day-to-day operations for the Boston corporate office ensuring reliable performance across end-user computing and AV systems.
Provide expert technical support for live events meetings and broadcasts including real-time troubleshooting and equipment operation.
Act as the local IT representative building strong relationships with business units department leads and key users.
Ensure clear and effective communication within the support team and with other stakeholders collaborating with other IT functions and departments to ensure seamless IT service delivery and support.
Regularly interface with the Global Service Desk and collaborate with peers across other sites worldwide to share experiences support one another and promote knowledge exchange.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelors degree in information technology Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management with a focus on helpdesk/service desk operations including hardware/software MS Teams and AV systems (ie. Video conference etc...).
Leadership project management and customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Prior experience supporting executive-level customers is a plus.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
In-depth knowledge of MS Windows and MacOS systems
Hands-on experience with MS 365 Active Directory Microsoft Office applications and ITSM platforms (eg ServiceNow Cherwell)

The annual salary range for this role is $90k-$115k USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #L1-WT
