Store Manager/Branch Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager/Branch Manager to lead a team in a fast-growing and innovative insurance company. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations driving sales and mentoring a team of professionals.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $65000 - $75000 annually
- Personal Production Bonus: $8000 - $15000 annually
- Managers Bonus: $8000 - $15000 annually
- Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the branch ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Dedicate 75% of time to individual sales performance and 25% to management responsibilities.
- Drive sales efforts focusing on personal lines Medicare life insurance and individual benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service assisting walk-in clients and addressing their needs.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve their sales and service goals.
- Manage and grow the branchs book of business handling accounts ranging from $2000 to $50000 in premium.
- Utilize leads generated from web inquiries mailers and walk-in clients to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a focus on personal lines insurance.
- Exposure to Medicare life insurance or individual benefits is highly desirable.
- Active P&C and L&H licenses are required.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Sales-driven mindset with a competitive and personable approach.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance sales and service responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools is a plus.
