Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team for a series of upcoming events. As an integral part of our event operations you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks including setup and breakdown of the event space assisting with registration processes providing excellent customer service to guests and supporting the event coordinators in executing event-related duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces according to specifications.
- Manage guest registration and provide information to attendees.
- Ensure the event runs smoothly by monitoring event timelines and logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to guests throughout the event.
- Support event coordinators with on-site tasks and communication.
- Help coordinate activities and workshops during events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event staffing or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift event materials when needed.
