We are seeking motivated and reliable Event Staff to support the planning and execution of live events across Kansas City. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work teamwork and delivering exceptional experiences in fast-paced environments. You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly and professionally from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup breakdown and on-site coordination
Welcome and guide attendees in a professional and friendly manner
Support event operations to ensure schedules and standards are met
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth event flow
Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Help resolve on-site needs or challenges efficiently
Qualifications :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Organized dependable and detail-focused
Comfortable working in dynamic live-event settings
Flexible schedule availability including occasional evenings or weekends
