Anticipated Pay | The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as:
This position is eligible for overtime compensation. External Candidates are eligible for a one-time non-base building hiring bonus of up to $5000 or 10% of starting annual salary. 1st half of the bonus eligibility will begin on start date the 2nd half of the bonus will be paid after completion of the in-house training program. In addition to the base salary this position is eligible for a base-building salary increase of $2000.00 upon successful and satisfactory completion of the Communications Training Officer Program and fulfillment of associated performance expectations. The above hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If you have prior state-classified service in the same class series as this position your pay may be set at a higher amount per the state Step Pay Program implemented on July 1 2024.
