About the role
Join the Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS) team in Berri and play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of children and families. Deliver high-quality family-focused nursing care through assessment education and partnership with local communities and services
Key duties of the role
- Deliver person and family-centred care to children and families
- Undertake health assessments and develop tailored care plans
- Collaborate with other health professionals and community partners
- Promote health education and early intervention
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development
Skills and Experience
- Registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA as a Nurse or Midwife
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of practice
- Strong communication problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Proven ability to deliver safe high-quality family-centred care
- Knowledge of healthcare legislation ethics and quality systems
