Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: As the General Manager you will direct all daily QSR operations to ensure efficiency quality standards and seamless service execution. This role requires full P&L accountability with a focus on managing revenue targets cost of goods sold (COGS) and labor costs to drive profitability. A key responsibility for the General Manager involves recruiting hiring training and leading the team to foster a positive productive environment while championing outstanding guest experience. You will develop effective staff schedules manage inventory levels coordinate with vendors and uphold all food safety sanitation and employment law compliance. The successful General Manager will also lead ongoing training and development initiatives to build team capabilities and support career progression ensuring operational excellence across all functions of the restaurant.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-casual environment.
Demonstrated experience managing a restaurant P&L with a strong understanding of financial statements and cost controls.
Proven ability in creating and managing staff schedules and controlling labor costs effectively.
Current food safety certification (e.g. ServSafe Manager) is highly preferred.
Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
Strong track record of hiring coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
