About the Company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the companys project portfolio.
Define project priorities and optimize resource allocation.
Develop project management standards and templates.
Ensure consistent application of project management methodologies.
Monitor progress and prepare management reports.
Analyze project metrics and KPIs.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders and executives.
Facilitate meetings and ensure effective project communication.
Implement process improvements and best practices.
Provide training and mentoring to project managers.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Management Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management preferably in a PMO role.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient with Project Management tools (MS Project Jira Asana etc.).
Strong knowledge of Waterfall Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
Competence in risk management and quality assurance.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Scrum Master are a strong advantage.
