Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a leading pioneer in the integration of cloud-based collaborative platforms for transforming business supply chains.
Job Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership
- Provide supervision guidance and motivational support to trainer teams.
- Cultivate a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
2. Technical Strategy Planning & Execution
- Partner with the Assistant Project Coordinator to define technical specifications for the training initiative.
- Work closely with Project Management Oversight the Assistant Project Coordinator and the Client to ensure optimal execution.
- Develop and manage the technical implementation roadmap including timelines tools and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate trainer activities to ensure sessions are delivered on time.
- Manage scheduling conflicts trainer substitutions and medical leave contingencies.
3. Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the primary communication channel between Project Management Oversight and trainer teams.
- Disseminate project updates changes and expectations clearly and promptly.
- Address concerns and facilitate smooth adoption of systems and processes.
4. Performance & Quality Monitoring
- Monitor trainer performance metrics such as attendance engagement and learner feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvements to enhance training delivery.
- Conduct functionality and usability checks on all training materials.
- Promote best practices and contribute to continuous improvement through post-project reviews.
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
5. Data Reporting & Feedback
- Establish systems to track training participation completion rates and learner feedback.
- Analyze technical data to identify improvement areas and ensure training effectiveness.
- Consolidate feedback from trainers and learners within the assigned cluster.
- Collect signed acknowledgement forms from Distributors and Client PICs.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to Project Management Oversight and the Project Committee.
6. Resource Management
- Deliver technical training and support to trainers on platform usage.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting during training sessions.
7. Training & Technology Delivery Oversight
- Ensure all technical platforms and tools are properly configured tested and operational prior to deployment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software implementation technical support or project coordination.
- Prior experience with Distribution Management System (DMS) projects is highly advantageous.
- Solid understanding of software deployment and system configuration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging both internal teams and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in English is essential
