Glasshouse Views is a 99 bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Beerwah Glasshouse Mountains.
The Purpose of this role is to provide reception and administrative support to all programs and services across the home. Some if these tasks include but not limited to:
- Provide a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks to support the office
- Coordinate the admission process by preparing residential care agreement prior to admission and preparing and coordinating return of resident paperwork and supporting documentation.
- Manage financial requirements
- Assist with recruitment and orientation administrative processes including creating and maintaining employee data within the relevant HR and Payroll systems
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within Aged Care Environment or similar highly regarded.
- Intermediate computer skills including Word and Excel
- High level of English verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive professional and friendly manner and the ability to collaborate and work well with team residents and their families.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
