The Opportunity

We are looking for a special kind of person - a St Vincents kind of person. Someone who puts compassion connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.

As Talent Partner you will be delivering an end to end value-add talent acquisition service to our St Vincents hiring managers and candidates alike.

You will be joining a tight knit Talent function who are experienced engaged and service orientated. Our team are dedicated to partnering with and supporting our St Vincents hiring community to attract onboard and retain the best possible talent in our industry.

Things that work for us:

  • Experience in an internal high volume talent acquisition role ideally supporting a complex multisite healthcare organisation
  • The ability to craft well written job adverts which engage and attract candidates whilst best representing our amazing organisation
  • A business partnering mentality you are a trusted advisor to your stakeholders comfortable to influence and coach on talent acquisition best practices
  • Your proactive problem-solving mindset complimented with great time management and multi-tasking skills
  • A genuine passion and excitement for recruitment underpinned by a history of related achievements you are humbly proud of
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong preference for talking over emailing!
  • A team first ethos - enabling you to build great working relationships whilst having fun and adding value

This role is initially offered on a 6 month full-time fixed-term contract basis with hybrid working split between working from home our Parliament corporate office and on site with your stakeholders.
