Job Summary

Part-time student worker needed to support the Universitys Risk Management office in a customer service-oriented position. Tasks include answering and making phone calls; performing data entry along with compiling and summarizing data for reports; and other office tasks including making copies scanning and management of office software programs.

Work beginning in Fall semester 2025 with work to continue through Spring 2026 and beyond. A position with long-term potential throughout the employees educational experience at ISU.

Pay Rate

$15.00/hour

Required Qualifications

Must have a valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in the use of Excel and Outlook as well as Power Point-style presentation programs.

Work Hours

Flexible to coordinate with the student employees classes and other educational responsibilities but must fit within the Risk Management offices days & hours of Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Illinois State University student employees are restricted to no more than 28 hours per week of on-campus employment for all positions held.
