Long-Term Substitute Special Educator - Consulting Teacher Needed
Location: Allen Brook School
CVSD is seeking an innovative energetic and collaborative individual to join the Williston Schools community and special education team. We are seeking a professional with demonstrated leadership organization and problem-solving skills who matches our passion for an integrated special education service delivery model within a multi-tiered system of supports.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- experience in collaborative teaming (including collaborating with classroom teachers to co-design instruction)
- knowledge of special education rules and regulations
- a solid ability to integrate a variety of assessment information to develop intervention programs.
Masters degree or equivalent in Special Education or other appropriate discipline plus 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in providing special education services is preferred.
