This Position reports to:

Project Operations Manager

In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: hybrid (#Li-Hybrid) in Houston TX Lake Mary FL or Mebane NC.

Your role and responsibilities

Lead the team through the project lifecycle and close-out phase by developing and executing the project plan. Oversee planning execution monitoring and closure activities of both internal and external resources to meet all objectives for complex eHouse and Solutions projects in accordance with contractual requirements.
Communicate and negotiate change orders for margin improvements. Accountable for revenue recognition timely and accurate invoicing and resolving disputes/past dues.
Facilitate project status reviews with key stakeholders and oversee all interactions with key suppliers. Identify and manage project risks and opportunities to closure and actively engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their needs are met and foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with project goals.
Ensure compliance with HSE and Quality standards throughout project execution. Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.

Qualifications for the role

Education & Experience: Bachelors degree (preferably in electrical energy or mechanical engineering) with 3 years in project management engineering or manufacturing ideally within the electrical distribution industry.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical organizational and leadership skills; proficient in planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6 and experienced in budget management and financial analysis.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; proven ability to build strong relationships with EPCs contractors vendors and cross-functional teams.
Mindset & Mobility: Driven by collaboration curiosity and customer care; willing to travel as needed and capable of managing outcomes with accountability and urgency.
