Worker Type: Mobile Worker based in Loxley House working across different accommodation sites

Salary: Starting Salary is 32597 to 35142 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Core Location:Loxley House Station Street Nottingham NG2 3NG.

About the Role

Were looking for a Move on Co-ordinator to join Nottingham City Councils Housing Solutions team. Youll work with internal teams within Housing Solutions Service Users Stakeholders and Accommodation Providers to coordinate move on from temporary accommodation into settled accommodation identify and remove barriers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience:
  • Experience working with individuals facing homelessness or severe multiple disadvantages.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with service providers and stakeholders
• Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of housing legislation homelessness duties and support services.
  • Understanding of the wider issues impacting homelessness and the barriers faced by people with multiple and complex needs.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues face-to-face with tact and diplomacy.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming barriers.
• Qualifications (desirable but not essential)
• A relevant qualification in housing social care or support services or equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS clearance will be required for this role.
