About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the supportive team on a permanent full-time basis.

As anAccounts Payable Officer you will be responsible for processing accounts payable data ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Processing large volumes of invoices and Credit notes.
Maintains data in related payment reconciliation and accounting systems with integrity and accuracy.
Completes payments related journals account reconciliation and reports for major suppliers
Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities

About you

Previous experience in full function high volume Accounts Payable role(preferred not essential)
Possess sound ability with Intermediate level of MS Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills and a professional and courteous manner
Attention to detail
