Key Holder Opportunity Elevate Retail Customer Service and Store Operations

As a Key Holder at Fred Perry you will be a trusted team member supporting store leadership in maintaining daily operations delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring the safety and security of the store. Key Responsibilities for Retail Key Holders

• Open and close the store according to company policy ensuring security procedures are strictly followed.
• Deliver a friendly knowledgeable and personal service to all customers embodying the Fred Perry brand at all times.
• Support the Store Management team with daily operational tasks acting as the go-to colleague in their absence.
• Process transactions manage tills and cash handling accurately and responsibly.
• Monitor security and health & safety around the shop floor reporting and responding to incidents as needed.
• Assist with visual merchandising product replenishment and maintaining a clean welcoming retail environment.
• Address customer needs or concerns promptly and escalate when appropriate to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Contribute to achieving store targets supporting colleagues and taking initiative to drive sales and service excellence.
• Participate in stock handling deliveries and regular stocktakes following procedures to minimise loss and maintain organisation.
• Carry out any additional tasks as requested by Store Management supporting the overall performance of the team and store.

Essential Skills and Experience for Key Holder Roles in Retail

• Previous experience in a retail environment with some responsibility for key holding or supervisory tasks preferred.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills contributing to a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.
• Confidence providing high standards of customer service and proactively solving problems on the shop floor.
• Reliable trustworthy and committed to operational excellence and upholding security standards.
• Organised with strong attention to detail particularly with till operations and store presentation.
• A passion for retail learning and supporting a vibrant and diverse team.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends evenings and peak trading periods as required by the store schedule.
