Job Title: Junior Solution Manager (Full time on-site)
Job Location: Brussels Belgium
Main Responsibilities:
- Seek out identify develop and close business opportunities within PVESS market;
- Be Responsible for developing solutions for key account customers coordinating with the ecosystem and professional technical advisors to identify and drive new revenue-generating opportunities;
- Be responsible for the new product and solution GTM(Go to Market) in Belgium; Guide the R&D to develop the dedicated feature or function that comply with Belgian regulation;
- Play a technical role in developing nurturing and maintaining Huawei PVESS key partners and build the industry ecosystem;
- Gain insight into business opportunities based on the corporate ecosystem strategy and regional business objectives participate in developing and implementing the ecological development strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering/Material Science/Photovoltaics or related field
- Having graduated on 2024 or 2025
- Highly motivated and passionate about new energy industry and interested in business development;
- Good understanding and expression communication and coordination and resource integration skills;
- Detail orientation and strong learning ability;
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
