Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic
Evaluate diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to regulatory standards
Participate in light phone call coverage shared across the health system
Educate patients and families on treatment plans wellness and preventive care
Contribute to shaping healthcare delivery within the community
Qualifications
Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience in outpatient primary care

Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $225000 $300000 annually based on experience
