About the job:
Advantra is partnering with a high-growth CPG SaaS startup in New York to hire an Enterprise Account Executive to drive full-cycle sales and strategic customer engagement.
About the role:
You will manage the full sales cycle become a trusted CPG advisor and ensure Confidos solutions deliver measurable impact for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Serve as a thought partner for customers demonstrating how Confido improves workflows.
- Maintain presence with customers through in-person meetings travel and industry events.
- Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product capabilities with client needs.
- Manage complex negotiations and contract signings with CFOs and finance teams.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed.
- Track and report on sales performance and forecast accurately.
- Continuously improve sales strategies based on market feedback.
Core requirements:
- 4 years in B2B sales with a track record of high achievement and quota attainment.
- Experience closing $100k deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Technical sales experience preferably in vertical SaaS or developer tools.
- Strong finance or accounting knowledge for conversations with CFOs.
- Experience hiring and managing sales reps who have hit quota.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable traveling regularly and engaging with enterprise clients.
- Experience in CPG or SaaS industries preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-growth fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- SaaS experience in enterprise sales.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or retail technology.
- Familiarity with financial systems and analytics tools.
- Exposure to account-based sales strategies.
- Previous startup experience with scaling sales teams.
